We were leaving the "military life", and were looking for a place we could call home and really put down some roots. We decided to move to Charleston on a "leap of faith", and Polly was our first impression of this beautiful city. We began corresponding with her via email in June, but didn't actually meet her until October. Even so, our first impression was that she was someone we could trust to take care of our needs and to find us the right home from 3,000 miles away.
We found her to be outgoing and personable. She was always upfront and honest with us about our options, and usually right on the money about any costs (CHA-CHING!). She made sure her calendar was clear to show us homes for the short time we had available to look; spending long days and many driving hours to accommodate us.
She acted as our representative to the builder when we could not be there, and was always with us when we needed her. She took the time to help with the visit to the builder's design center (4 hours!), both our walk-thru's and our closing.
She made our long-distance move almost effortless. We couldn't have asked for a better or more knowledgeable realtor to help us begin this most important chapter in our lives.

Ed and I want to thank you for your personal attention to us and our home buying needs.You understood the need for you to be involved beyond the normal Real Estate Agent duties in the sale of a home. Not only did you understand, but you were most willing to help us even after the transaction had been completed in the buying of our new home. Not knowing or expecting any more money coming from the further work you were doing for us, you continued to play a huge part in our successfully renting the home. Even after we found a renter, you worked diligently to have locks changed, mail picked up and forwarded, carpets cleaned, etc. All this with a smile.

Polly Cillpam has been extremely helpful in my search for a new home in the Charleston area.
When I decided to make the move to Charleston, Polly was the only agent who took the time to call me and send me information not only on homes, but also on the city itself which was very eye opening.
Upon visiting the city, she spent an enormous amount of time with me, first taking me on a tour of the city telling me about things to do , good restaurants, and giving me a feel for the various areas of the entire metro area, including all of the suburbs. We looked at many homes in various sections of the city, but not once to I feel any pressure to make a decision which, for me, was wonderful.
While waiting for my home to sell in Denver, she keeps in touch with me and forwards me any homes the come available that she thinks I may be interested in.

Polly Cillpam was our real estate agent for a year and half during 2005-2006. Upon visiting Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms, SC our family returned to Indianapolis eager to find land in Mt.
